  • What is the return policy?
    Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can resolve the issue. If you have received a defective item, please contact us within 5 DAYS days from the receipt of your item as indicated by the USPS or UPS delivery date to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within five days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.​ To start a return, please contact us at hello@emmakateboutique.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing. The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If your return is denied, a detailed explanation will be sent. Returns/Exchanges for sizing Please follow the size charts when selecting a size for your item. Returns/Exchanges based on size or fit issues will be granted on a case-by-case basis and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the items back. The item you are exchanging must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Some items are pressed to order, the item you are exchanging must be re-sellable. Seasonal, specialty, or custom items are not eligible for exchange.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Emma Kate Boutique ships to the Continental US and Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada for an extra fee. If you are live outside of those areas, you are welcome to send an email to hello@emmakateboutique.com to see if we can ship to you.
